I have been working as a marriage therapist for 10 years and offer a research-based approach to relationships developed by the Gottman Institute. I am licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island and hold sessions both in-person and virtually.
The Gottman method is a comprehensive program of healing and communication building for couples who are either just starting out, adjusting to fammily life, or trying to heal from betrayal. I also specialize in therapy with individuals with ADHD, a history of trauma, and anxiety.
I hold a masters degree in Counseling Psychology and a doctorate in theology. I am comformatable addressing issues of faith and spirituality with clients who come from diverse religious and philosophical traditions.
