We will work together on inter and intrapersonal issues to enable more satisfying relationships, gather insight as to why you developed certain "coping strategies," and learn replacement strategies to those no longer working in your life. In the event that we are targeting specific trauma/s, we may include EMDR for quick relief of symptomology.

Together we will synthesize and actuate your goals. We will achieve new insights using psychological tools including various modalities and techniques based on your needs.
