Ken Newberger is a conflict resolution specialist. He holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. As architect of the "Reconciliation Model of Peacemaking," his expertise is promoting healthy and harmonious relationships. He has worked with people from all walks of life and various settings, from pre-marital sweethearts, married couples in every age bracket, and extended families, to workplace staff, business partners, and organizations with large multi-party conflict. After working for years with couples the Naples-Fort Myers area of Florida, Dr. Newberger opened a new office in Reston, Virginia in April 2021. He now welcomes clients from Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and surrounding areas, including Potomac and Cabin John, Maryland.
Dr. Newberger is author of the book, "Hope in the Face of Conflict." He is also the creator of the Conflict Analysis Tool for couples. He has taught masters level students at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, in its Department of Peace and Conflict Studies. He has has served as an Approved Educational Provider for the National Board for Certified Counselors. He is a Certified Facilitator for the Prepare-Enrich couple's assessment tool. Dr. Newberger has written dozens of articles for a variety of publications and has been interviewed more than 20 times on radio and television.
