I specialize in providing counseling services that aim to building skills to promote functional and emotional well-being and guide clients to address their concerns effectively and attain their best results by utilizing a results-oriented approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, among others. I believe that relationship is one of the main things in life without which we cannot exist. Healthy, fulfilling relationships are a key ingredient of health and well-being. Yet, relationships are one of the most challenging paths for achieving emotional growth and intimate connection. There is compelling evidence that strong relationships contribute to a long, healthy and happy life.
