I have over a decade of clinical experience as both a licensed psychotherapist & certified life-coach. In addition to my MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, I hold advanced post-graduate training in both Somatic Experiencing (somatic trauma therapy) & Internal Family Systems.

I employ attachment-based theory, Somatic Experiencing, & many other methods in my approach.
