I view couples therapy as an opportunity to foster growth, improve communication and establish trust within an intimate partnership to improve an emotional connection through an intentional practice. I provide a safe space for couples to explore their individual and shared pasts, their current relationship struggles and successes, as well as their shared future plans and goals together. I believe couples therapy is best suited for all couples, and provide services for LGBTQ+ population, pre marital therapy, marriage counseling and relationship therapy. Together we will create an understanding of our own patterns and behaviors, our family dynamics, and address how our specific behaviors influence one another to create an opportunity to for a better functioning shared home environment by learning new ways to relate to one another through empathy.
