I’m Monica Andrus, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Toronto supporting individuals and couples through change. I offer in-person sessions in Toronto, and virtual sessions across Ontario. I especially welcome LGBTQ+ couples, high‑conflict partners, and those healing after divorce. My work centers on building safety, clarity, and connection: we’ll slow down, listen for what’s underneath the arguments, and practice new ways of reaching each other. To support that process, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), and a marriage and family therapy lens, always tailored to your pace and values.
