I have a really special place in my heart for couples. I know what it's like to reach for your partner and feel like they're not there. So many couples get hurt because they get triggered in their conversations and misunderstand the intent the other has for them. I help couples really slow down the conversation so that each of you can talk about the hurt, fear, or sadnesswhere you're stuck instead of attacking or running away from the disagreement. When couples I work with are able to identify the emotional patterns that hijack their relationship and start to do things a different way, they start feeling like they're on the same page and change their relationship into one that spirals upward instead of down.
