Hi. I’m Michele Ramey. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I would say rather than being a professional, I am someone who motivates others for change in their relationships and their lives.
I help individuals, including couples, utilizing CBT, Play Therapy, and Brainspotting who want to foster connections with the people around them, but feel like they keep creating mishaps that lead to stress and frustration and they just can’t get unstuck. I support them by exploring their story, including their history and uncovering patterns they may not even be aware of so that they can begin to have more control of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Thus helping them to be excited about their relationships and lives again.
From my years of experience working with individuals, couples and families with relationship issues, I know that you have the ability to make incredible changes in your life. If you are ready to do the work, you will be astonished at how capable you are to explore parts of yourself that haven’t been realized or you may never have known existed. Adhering to the process of therapy, it can allow you to grow more quickly than you ever have before.
