I am passionate about what I do, because I have seen this work be transformative - with the necessary ingredients of willingness, dedication, an open mind, consistency, I will be there to help guide you through a deeper understanding of your self and the positive changes that can be derived from that understanding.
We will address the mind set that might have brought you to therapy, the understanding of which will allow you to grow into a more expansive, accepting version of yourself.
I believe knowledge is power, and I strive to stay current with the latest in neuro-scientific findings and to introduce this knowledge to my clients in an easily digestible form. I have found that when folks can visualize what is actually going on in their brain, they can more readily see a path to change.
