I offer empathic and supportive individual counseling, emotionally focused couples therapy, experiential family therapy, and EMDR and Brainspotting therapies for trauma, addictions, and anxieties with offices in Carmichael (Eastern Sacramento), Roseville, and online with Video Counseling in California.
I have been educated, trained, and provided with life experiences to encourage and support adolescent boys, men of all ages, Veterans, First Responders, couples, and families. In addition, I love to learn so I typically do continued education above and beyond what my licensing minimally requires so I can be of the greatest resource with the most up-to-date and helpful therapies for those who come to me for help. I can provide faith-based counseling if so desired. I believe can help you find the support and healing you need for you and your loved one’s lives.
