We are a therapy group of mental health counselors with five different counselors trained and certified to do Gottman and Prepared and Enrich therapy which are evidenced based therapy techniques for couples and families. Our approach is to help couples target their conflicts or struggles while at the same.time teaching them tools to communicate and support each other without the help of a professional. We want to empower and teach couples how to have a healthy relationship on their own.
