I specialize in marriage and family therapy, focusing on but not limited to the following topics, pre-marital counseling, communication enhancement, conflict resolution and stress/crisis management.
Not every person or couple is the same, therefore, I utilize a variety of approaches based on the couple's needs. I believe in exploring the client's story from their perspective. As a client you can expect empathy, understanding, compassion, genuineness and unconditional positive regard in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Counseling can provide insight, support and a new outlook, as well as strategies for growth.
