Hi, my name is Melissa and I would love the chance to hear your story and walk alongside you on your journey. As a therapist, I aim to be in your corner, creating a safe, dependable place to help you process, explore new perspectives, and feel supported through life's challenges. I believe many factors impact who you are today (trauma, upbringing, culture, relationship influences, etc), but they do not have to define your future. While counseling with me, we will work together to address your concerns by identifying patterns and focusing on your goals, in lieu of the things weighing you down and causing you pain.
I use an integrative, relational approach, rooted in the understanding that each individual is unique and deserves a tailored treatment plan. My expertise includes helping individuals navigate the impact of trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, burnout, relationship difficulties, depression, grief, and challenges in prioritizing themselves.
