I am an individual and couples therapist as well as a certified sex therapist through ABCST. I use an integrated approach drawing from emotionally focused therapy, experiential therapy, restoration therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy based on developmental and attachment theories. Marriage can be a relationship in which both parties experience geniuine and healthy attachment, though often conflict or wounds can interfere in this. It is my work alongside the clients to help resolve attachment wounds and securely attach to one another, creating a safe place for one another to be accepted and loved.
