I believe that each child, teen, couple and/or family is involved in their own unique journey, and may have different perspectives. I believe that each person can only be their best selves within their relationships if they first understand their approach to one another and also, perhaps of pivotal importance is how they relate to themselves. I also believe that we are all doing the best we can with what we have. I do my best to act as a supportive, participatory, in-the-moment therapist; providing insight, empathy, and suggestions on how to approach one another. I specialize in teen/young adult therapy as well as women's issues, self-esteem and empowerment, stress and anxiety, and relationships/communication issues. I offer child, teen, couples, and family sessions by appointment through in-person, virtual, and/or telephone format.
