I am Matthew Gorzelany, a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and life transitions. In my work with couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy to strengthen connection, improve communication, and rebuild trust. In my work with individuals, I incorporate EMDR and psychodynamic therapy to help clients process trauma, understand longstanding emotional patterns, and move toward meaningful healing and growth. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide practical tools for managing overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
