If anxiety, low mood, old wounds, or the steady pressure of work and relationships has you feeling stretched thin, you're not alone. A lot of us keep it together on the outside while quietly wrestling with worry, burnout, or the sense that we're not communicating the way we'd like. Therapy can be a steady, thoughtful place to sort through that and get your footing back.
I work especially well with capable, conscientious people who feel stuck—folks navigating career questions, relationship patterns, or a big life transition who want real coping skills and a little more ease. A good share of my clients are men who haven't always had a place to talk straight about this stuff. I don't see these moments as failures, but as a reasonable time to ask for support.

Bringing over 15 years of experience, I work with adults on anxiety, depression, OCD, communication and relationships, career concerns, and the practical business of coping better. My style is warm and active, but direct—I'll be in it with you, not nodding from across the room. I draw on CBT and ACT for clarity and momentum, EFT and RLT to make sense of what's happening in your relationships, and IFS to work with the different parts of you. Sessions are in English.

If any of this lands, I'd be glad to meet you. Reach out and set up a consultation.
