I am trained in the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT). I help couples create what Stan Tatkin refers to as a "couple bubble" and to co-regulate one another's nervous systems. I see the couple as my client. A special emphasis is placed on understanding your partner's attachment pattern and respecting it and not trying to change it.
