I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and adult families. With individuals, I specialize in helping those with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief/loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I work with couples of all ages and across all stages of relationships (dating, cohabitating, engaged, married, separated/contemplating divorce, co-parenting) who want to improve connection and communication, change their conflict style, better navigate life changes, or repair from deep hurts, including betrayal and infidelity.

My approach blends practical, evidenced based tools with compassion and non-judgmental curiosity. I strive to create a therapeutic space where warmth, encouragement, understanding, and laughter promote positive change. Because everyone comes to therapy with unique experiences and goals, I use a combination of methods and techniques to best suit the needs of each person that I work with to help maximize the benefits of therapy.
