I believe that all individuals can benefit from counseling, regardless of what life phase they are in. This idea extends to couples, as both the unit and indivduals who make up the unit need to feel heard. It is my privilege to help give voice to the overall unit, while giving one the tools needed to be empowered. I use an eclectic approach that allows me to tailor the counseling experience to my client’s needs. It is my goal to work with you to discover the root of the core issue and develop interventions that will allow growth and healing. During the counseling process I want my clients to feel like an active participant by feeling free to discuss what is working, what’s not, and bringing up any new issues that may arise while in therapy. I strive to create an environment where all my clients feel comfortable and open. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, partner betrayal, addiction, trauma, and family of origin issues.
