Welcome! I offer therapy for personal struggles, relationship stresses, and life transitions, individually or together. In-person individual or couples therapy in a relaxed office atmosphere on the edge of downtown and available for virtual online sessions across South Carolina for state residents.

Through a relational approach, we can explore and strengthen your interpersonal bonds and work together to help you navigate high-stakes situations to strengthen your most important connections, including the relationship you have with yourself. Enhancing connection is a key part of my work with romantic / sexual partners, childhood trauma and with families. Being newly seen and heard in more complete ways can be transformative and hope-inducing.
