My passion is to improve the lives of my clients, offering them new insight, enabling them to see things from different perspectives, and empowering them to make new choices. I work with each client as a whole individual, utilizing an active and collaborative approach. I tailor evidenced-based strategies to best meet the need of each client that I serve. My client base includes individuals, couples, groups, and families. I provide treatment and counseling for anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation issues, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and parenting.

The Counseling Center Group is a practice dedicated to providing professional consultation services. Our skilled therapists bring many years of experience from a wide variety of specialty areas. It is our philosophy that many clients can benefit from specific tools and then use those tools in their everyday life. Therefore, we do our best to empower you to live your life without the need for prolonged therapy. Some of our specialties include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
