My apprach to couples therapy is fair and balanced. I provide a safe therapeutic space for couples to discuss tough issues without judgement. I believe that every couple has the ability to overcome obstacles as long as they are willing and ready to work together. I fight for and support the couple and promote teamwork, transparency, and honesty in sessions. My primary initial focus is trauma-informed care and education to assist couples with understanding how to connect on a deeper level and to be a safe haven for their partner. I appreciate couple autonomy and will support the choices that are made by both partners, as long as the choices do not cause damage or make either partner feel unsafe.
