My approach to marriage therapy is practical, educational, and empathic. I integrate training from many sources to customize the treatment for each person, couple, and situation. I offer tools and techniques to help people achieve their goals. Examples of therapy approaches I draw from include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, gestalt techniques, process therapy, family systems, and dialectic behavior therapy. I encourage people to change self-defeating communication styles to constructive ones that foster connection and intimacy.
I'm the author of Marriage Meetings for Lasting Love: 30 Minutes a Week to the Relationship You've Always Wanted. My other book is Marriage Minded: An A to Z Dating Guide for Lasting Love.
My mission is to help people create lasting, fulfilling marriages that satisfy them emotionally, spiritually, and physically. And materially.
