I help individuals & couples develop and nurture skills related to communication, sex & intimacy. We can help you gain insight, build stronger connections, and recapture joy in your relationships. You'll know our work is effective when you feel more grounded in yourself, confident, self-assured and more deeply connected to those closest to you.
As an attachment-based, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ & Kink/BDSM/Poly affirming therapist, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental therapy space. My clinical style is warm and compassionate.
