For over a decade, I have helped hundreds of people overcome addiction, depression, anger, anxiety and PTSD. By developing realistic and effective strategies, that help people move past their limiting beliefs and to step into the greatest version of themselves and a better overall quality of life. I have helped couples and families restore and build their relationships and family bonds.
As a trauma specialist, I have empowered both men and women who have suffered to find themselves, their voice, and their inner strength to
