You and your relationship are in need of nurturing and attention. You likely are wanting a therapist who will help you enact positive change right away. This is my area of expertise. Rather than long, drawn out therapy where you roll the dice, attending sessions hoping things will get better eventually, the unique combination of methods I use are tailored to you and your partner to ensure you know from the very beginning what each of you can do to see your relationship improve and both of you experience relief and greater joyful connection. I was extensively trained in the Gottman Couples Counseling Method by Drs. John and Julie Gottman themselves in 2009. I am also trained in the techniques and philosophies of Imago and Adlerian Couples Counseling. Currently, I am working with couples via tele-health through the end of 2020. In 2021 I will begin offering weekend intensives for couples where couples will reserve a stay in a nearby luxury cabin and meet with me at my office in beatufiul Blue Ridge Georgia for two full days of assessment and couples counseling work.
