As a narrative therapist and marriage counselor, I have decades of experience helping couples to overcome relationship issues and to build successful marriages and partnerships. Narrative therapy brings strategies for couples to come together as a team, strengthen communication, and envision stolid stories for the future. With many years of teaching Couples Counseling in graduate programs, I borrow from other modalities, such as attachment theory and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, to meet each client's unique needs. I have experience with themes around parenting, pre-marital therapy, alternative families, and conflict resolution.
