I believe that given the right tools, we are all capable of attaining a comfortable level of happiness and fulfillment in life. My role is to help you acquire and sharpen those tools within the shortest possible time frame. I use the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, which is based on decades of couples research. Within a compassionate, supportive environment, we will address whatever challenges brought you to therapy and use proven techniques to gain a better understanding of each other's needs, work through any gridlocked issues, rebuild healthy communication, and reestablish the loving relationship you both desire.

I encourage anyone interested in couples work to research the Gottman Method. It is incredibly effective and I'm proud to be part of this global effort to build happy relationships.
