My role is to help you acquire and sharpen those tools within the shortest possible time frame. I use the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, which is based on decades of couples research. Within a compassionate, supportive environment, we will address whatever challenges brought you to therapy and use proven techniques to gain a better understanding of each other's needs, work through any gridlocked issues, rebuild healthy communication, and reestablish the loving relationship you both desire.
