I have a developmental/experiential approach to Individual, Marriage and Family issues. Just as children develop as they grow, so do relationships as they evolve. I take the presenting issue and work with the individual, couple, family to bring resolution, using progressive techniques which include somatic work, use of color and light to help reorganize maladaptive patterns of interaction and sound resonance to calm the autonomic nervous system. I use combinations of these techniques to help clients deal with the issues that brought them to therapy and the underlying or percipitating factors. I also use this progressive approach in my Coaching practice. I am trained in the techniques and practices of Rick Carson, author of "Taming Your Gremlin". My focus is to bring resolution to issues in a healing way that incorporates the whole body, mind, emotions/feelings, spirit. I treat the whole person in the hopes that each person will feel better and function better in day-to-day life.
