                                Dr. McMillan specializes in an eclectic modality of therapy utilizing eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, BLAST, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
Her clinical path has allowed her to gain significant knowledge and experience in the field of mental health and counseling.
