I help couples who feel like their relationship is crumbling, put the pieces back together. I'll work with you to rebuild, no matter how broken things seems right now. I see all types of couples but I specialize in working with couples who are struggling post-adoption or who have children with special needs.

I am trained in emotion focused therapy for couples and am working towards certification in that theory. I help couples understand the negative cycles that they are stuck in so that they can make changes and reconnect. I won't tell you who is "right" or waste your time with a bunch of communication tricks that you could find on any blog for free. Instead, I'll meet you right where you are and help you find strength in each other.
