I’m Laurie Alison Moore, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 31 years of experience, and I work with individuals and couples who are ready to turn tender spots into sources of strength. I draw on Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused work, Couples Therapy, and Conflict Resolution to relieve anxiety and depression, strengthen communication, rebuild trust and commitment, and support coping through life transitions and health challenges. If faith or mindfulness matters to you, I offer Christian counseling or Buddhism/mindfulness-informed care with deep respect for your beliefs and identity. Sessions are in English.
