It is easy to feel overwhelmed, uncertain and afraid. I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate and process the mental, emotional and relational chaos you're experiencing. Together we'll create space for you to heal past and present wounds, while discovering your true, authentic self; at the same time cultivating practices to ensure that when life gets hard --and let's be real, it will-- you are able to embrace the uncertainty and discomfort with laughter, peace and joy!
I have training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy®, an integrative, trauma-informed model of therapy that utilizes attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic techniques and cognitive psychology. My clinical experience has been working with women and children struggling with addiction, anxiety, attachment injury, depression, grief, PTSD and trauma.
I enjoy working with women and children from diverse cultural backgrounds. I intentionally create a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental space for women and children to feel seen, heard and known. I believe therapy is sacred work, and it would be my privilege and honor to embark on this journey together.
