I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with both individuals and couples. My approach to couples counseling includes exploring communication patterns, affection levels, backgrounds and belief systems, and so much more that contributes to each couples unique experience of relationship. It is important to seek curiousity with our spouses rather than assuming that, even after years of marriage, we have our partner figured out. I like to help couples explore themselves and each other to promote a healthier and compassionate understanding of one another. This creates a wonderful foundation for approaching life's ups and downs together.
