I work with people to find the right balance between things they do that keep their relationships strong and healthy and things they do consciously or unconsciously that tend to cause distance or even despair. We work together to find tools to communicate better, increase compassion and understanding and find ways to rebuild and renew so that the relationship becomes stronger, powerful and fun. I integrate the use of the outdoors as a supplement to the traditional indoor therapy I provide if clients are interested in a new approach.
