I believe that the choices you make and the things you do make a lot of sense when you consider your life and what has happened to you. I’ll help you make sense of the struggles you're having and the symptoms you’re experiencing and help you get control of your life back. My style is warm and authentic. My approach is grounded in proven methodologies including Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Structural Dissociation model, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment theory, hypnosis, EMDR, and Somatic therapy; while my clients come to me with a variety of life problems, I have extensive training and experience in working with survivors of sexual violence and/or histories of childhood trauma.
