I believe that we all have the power to have fulfilling relationships, but sometimes things get in our way like infidelity, poor communication, trauma, and/or mental health issues. We sometimes find ourselves in cycles of interacting that become less than helpful and we may try to learn to live with it... until we can't any longer. We can unlearn the unhelpful patterns with patience, support, and the willingness to do the inner work.
