I work with the couples that I see in a supportive and collaborative manner. Throughout our lives, we often maintain cycles of behavior and relationships that create a feeling of imbalance, affecting our ability to face the difficulties that are thrown our way. During our sessions together, we can work to increase insight into your thoughts and behaviors and find the path toward the positive future that lies ahead of you by utilizing strengths and supports that you already possess. As an LMFT, I will approach therapy with you and your partner by looking at your experiences and your relationships, both past and present, and explore how they affect how you view yourself and the relationships you are in. I will help you to look at the struggles you experience through the context of the world and people around you. Through our time together, you will begin to see your own personal and relational strengths and learn how to utilize those strengths to build a positive relationship You will begin to gain insights into the foundation of strength that you already possess.
