I am passionate about helping couples who feel like they are stuck. The couples I see describe having the same fights over and over again without being able to make changes. When you have anger, resentment, maybe even a history of affairs, and intimacy problems, your relationship can seem hopless. It's not! I have walked alongside couples as they heal and build a relationship they both yearn for, and I believe I can help you, too.
Learning to communicate is a huge part of how I help couples, but it is only the beginning. Once we learn positive communication skills, we dig into deeper issues, heal past betrayals and hurts, and create a safe, secure, lasting, and satisfying relationship.
