I love helping families to feel more emotionally connected. I specialize in supporting kids (ages 3 & up) in managing big feelings and I help parents care for themselves while navigating the ups & downs of parenthood. Many of the families I work with are co-parenting or may be parenting with a partner with a different viewpoint. Through our work together, we will make a plan to support your family's specific needs by incorporating your strengths, experiences, and values. I work collaboratively with families as a guide to identify what's missing or what has gotten off track so that you can feel confident and supported through whatever life has to offer.
