About
Your body holds the wisdom to heal. As a contemplative psychotherapist, I blend practices from the East and West, evidence-based and spiritual approaches, movement and introspection. I work with highly sensitive, empathic clients to help them build healthier relationships, let go of substances, improve self-esteem, find freedom from anxiety and depression, and come home to their bodies. I believe in the healing power of embodiment to recover from traumatic and painful experiences. In our work together, you'll find that there is space for vulnerable moments, profound realizations, uninhibited emotions, and deep belly laughs.
As a body-centered psychotherapist, I take a “bottom-up” or “embodied” approach to trauma-focused modalities, including EMDR. My background is in contemplative psychotherapy and somatic psychology. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for additional support in treating treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, and other trauma symptoms.
If you want to break free from the symptoms of trauma, find a healthier relationship to substances, begin a healing journey, or simply improve your overall well being, I'd love to help you get there. Visit my website for more information about my practice, or contact me for a complimentary consult! I look forward to meeting you!
