I strive to provide a warm, safe, collaborative space to help clients explore their feelings and understand the origins of their challenges. As this occurs, new options become available for living a more engaged and satisfying life.
I completed a postgraduate fellowship at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy and Psychodynamic Couple & Therapy Institute of New England. I am certified in working with shock and developmental trauma by the Canadian Foundation for Trauma Research & Education. I also have training working with blended families.
