My style of therapy is best described as a blend of eastern and western healing practices. I work from a foundation of compassion and respect, which you may experience as unconditional support with a strong push to believe in yourself, heal what hurts, and reach your goals. This is your healing journey and I am here to walk alongside you. As a somatic therapist, I will offer practices that reconnect you to the wisdom in your own body, while we engage the brilliance of your mind. I draw from Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Somatic Yoga Therapy, Meditation, CBT, DBT, Expressive Therapies and more. I am LGBTQ+ aware and affirming. I have worked in a variety of settings from inpatient therapy, adolescent day treatment therapy, in-home family therapy, outpatient community mental health therapy, school counseling, and private practice.
