I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over ten years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, non-profit and school-based counseling. I work with individuals, both long and short-term on issues of anxiety, depression, overcoming pain from the past, and a general feeling of being "stuck." I also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.

I practice primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral framework, while integrating a mindfulness-based approach. I strategically work to identify the primary issue or issues and create a treatment plan in a timely fashion. My goal is to work with you with an end goal in mind, and regularly gauge our progress in meeting that goal.
