I use cognitive behavioral therapy, and a compassion-based approach, combined with Biblical principles, and empathetic listening to help create a mental shift and decrease symptoms. I believe as a therapist, that freedom is yours for the taking!
As your therapist, I desire to walk with you on a journey to achieve your goals whether that be a healthier marriage, less anxiety, or you just need to sit in a place where you know you are not alone. I have a passion for marriage and have walked in the heavy shoes of anxiety and depression. Allow me to walk with you in this brave new journey!
