I work with couples who are seeking pre-marital counseling to plan for and prepare to address both the known and unknown challenges that life may bring. I also support couples who are working to heal and recover from infidelity, trust, and betrayal, as well as those navigating family-of-origin issues that affect their relationship.
My approach is rooted in creating a safe and open space of integrity where couples can rebuild trust and set the foundation for the next stage of their relationship. I believe in guiding couples through a collaborative therapeutic process, one that emphasizes communication, accountability, and connection.
