Is it time to start therapy? Many people I meet with began therapy because life became overwhelming. People pleasing, perfectionism, and “holding it together” for everyone else left them at a loss. Hiding their imperfections and needs did not lead to better relationships, it actually led to more stress, worry, and feeling alone. I’ve sat with people who have difficulty knowing even the seemingly simplest things about themselves, like where they’d like to go to dinner, or what color looks good on them. All of this reflecting a deeper problem. They don’t know who they are.
I’m Justin, and I help people find themselves. In the midst of the chaos of life, we take the time once a week to dig into you. I’ll help you to know you and find you in the midst of your family, friends, work, and the chaos of this world. We meet online together in a setting that is convenient and confidential for you. Your dog can show up too.

If online therapy seems weird or awkward, lets meet for 20 and see how it goes. I’m down to try it out.
