I believe each couple should work with a therapist whom they feel a connection. It is very important to me that couples/families I work with enter into the office space (or telehealth) feeling neutrality - free from judgement, or underlying agendas. I strive to support my clients by being a dependable, focused and consistently positive force in their lives as we follow through a guided plan to support growth through connection, consistency and genuine caring. I am not a clinician who believes that one has to feel pain in order to progress in therapy. Quite the contrary, it is through increased understanding, healthier communication which could enrich the relationship, causing meaningful change.
